Can I lock in today's price?
Yes. Lock-in is available on all plans and is honored in the universe where you locked it. In other universes it is a suggestion.
Why did the price change while I was reading it?
The price you saw was correct. So is the one you see now. We recommend taking a screenshot, which will also change it.
Is there a free trial?
There is a 14-day trial. It lasts 14 days, or 9, or until you mention it to finance. Your card is not charged during the trial, and was not charged before it.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is usually cheaper. When it is not, we call it "Annual (Premium)" and add a note that it was your decision.
What counts as an observation?
Viewing an invoice, a plan, a price or this page. Not viewing is free and not supported.
Can I downgrade?
You can downgrade at any time. You will be on that plan until you check, at which point you will be on a different one.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued to the account you had when you paid, which may no longer exist. We are working on this. We have been working on this.
